Le pommeau minuscule!

Further to my epee experiment. I converted my French grip epee by removing the pommel and replacing it with lock nuts, spacer and a very small pommel (a dome nut!).

This really does makes it much easier to use so modest success. Now I just have to stop thinking foil when fighting epee...but that's another story!

Hopefully, this mod plus the aluminum cored handle will ensure a long lasting blade. It is already had it’s first re-wire.
